We manufacture a line of P.E.T. Coated Corrugated Bakery Packaging Supplies that can be used as Disposable Baking Trays and Disposable Baking Circles in bake-in applications such as bake and ship brownies and cheesecake.  Our disposable heat-resistant and water proof corrugated board can be die cut into forms as large as 50"x60".  Custom order Paper Baking Pans, Bakeable Trays, Bakeable Circles, or your Bakeable Custom Shape in batches of 5000 or more.

Our Disposable Baking Pans offer a time saving and money saving alternative to conventional baking pan. Our corrugated paper baking pans and trays allow you to bake and ship your product in the same tray. Cheesecake manufacturers use our bake able corrugated circles to bake and then ship on the same circle. By doing this they save the cost of using one circle to bake and one circle for their in store packaging also the larger labor cost of transfer the cheesecakes from one circle to another.  P.E.T. poly coated corrugated is bakeable and available in White and Gold on a run to order basis. The Black, Gold, and White are all non-detect. P.E.T comes in E, B, or C-flute. Disposable Baking Pans can tolerate a temperature of 350 degrees for up to 30 minutes.

We currently manufacture P.E.T. Disposable Baking Circles in the standard cheesecake sizes of 6”, 7”, 8”, 9” and 10”. We have several sizes available in disposable baking trays and are willing to make custom sizes with minimum 5000 run quantities.

These disposable bakery packaging supplies are designed to allow you to bake then ship on the same bakeable circle or bakeable tray.  P.E.T. has a high gloss black finish with excellent appearance and excellent release qualities. The Poly Coating on these paper baking pans and disposable baking circles gives you an excellent barrier for grease and moisture.  Paper baking pans are a excellent way to enhance your bake and ship bakery packaging.
